Illustration for one of the stories by The Third Eye portal which is a feminist think tank based in Delhi. In their project around work with caseworkers who work on GBV cases, there was a piece by one of the caseworkers around Nikah as marriage, compromise and contract for which I did a cover illustration.

Illustrations created as part of my the MA dissertation of Gender, Culture and Development Studies course. The title of the dissertation was "Folk Narratives and Transgressions: Looking at the Cultural Project of Region Building".

Illustrations for a Graphic Book by WSS
Fiery Tales of Courage and Resilience: A Graphic Book is based on fact-finding reports, solidarity visits, statements, and articles between 2015-2020, by WSS (Women against Sexual violence and State repression). I have contributed these illustrations for 2 among 14 powerful stories. These stories not only talk about the repression and exploitation faced by marginalised women, transgender people across geographies but also their fight and resistance against such incidents.

Illustration and book design for Hasirud Dala
Designed and illustrated this photo research book and an accordion zine (for one of the chapters). The book is an outcome of research done in Bangalore by my dear friends Aarya and Avanti. The research is based around the interpersonal relationships of operators, collectors, sorters, citizens in the context of waste pickers in the city and their experiences of caste, migration, education and agency within work. The book consists of 5 chapters which are as follow- Occupation, Space, Material, Leadership, Education. The photos are by Avanti and the chapters are written by Aarya and Avanti both. The book is still in process of publishing








Posters for New Learning Centre

Illustrations and a podcast cover designed for a research project which emerged from the location and practice of teachers at a movement-run school, situated in industrial working-class neighbourhoods in the city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The research project is commissioned by TESF India.
